Surgi has eight presses, with capacities up to 80 tons which includes OBI presses using feeders and a turret press with a capacity to 30 Tons

Technology

A computerized facility, using shop control software, computer aided drafting & design, with the capability of bar coding customer paperwork or product. Production welding can be performed by a 6-axis welding robot.

We can produce parts in any type of material that can be stamped. (Steel, Annealed Spring Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass Copper, Plastics, Rubber).
